I am a fully licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional with more than 19 years of experience supporting commercial and personal lines agencies.

My career includes nearly 15 years with Huntington Insurance, where I served as a Senior Insurance Quality Assurance Analyst / Staff Officer. In that role, I evaluated underwriting quality, served as a technical coverage resource, mentored and trained 86 licensed Property & Casualty agents, coached agent performance, and provided operational leadership during the absence of executive management.

As the owner of Your Insurance Store, LLC, I've also worked directly with carriers, underwriters, and clients to manage commercial and personal lines business, prepare carrier submissions, process renewals and endorsements, issue certificates of insurance, and helped the agency deliver exceptional client service.

Today, I provide remote operational support to independent insurance agencies that need experienced help without the commitment of hiring another full-time employee.
